lego + raspberry pi

Two of my favorite builder toys in one awesome project.  Like Mindstorms, however, these projects require a good deal of mechanical and software development.  My kids never seemed to have the stick-with-it-ness to do it all.  And the pre-canned projects didn't interest them either.  I've recently tried letting them hacked on already-built systems.
